Free Standard Shipping for orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 will be applied at checkout. Alaska and Hawaii - Contact to request a shipping quote.

What is the return policy?

Print-on-Demand MerchandiseBecause each item is printed to order, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for incorrect item selection or change of mind.If your print-on-demand order arrives damaged or defective, please keep all packaging and take photos of the visible damage done to both the packaging and your item(s). Contact me within 48 hours of delivery for further instructions. Original ArtworkIf you are not satisfied with your artwork purchase, contact me within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and insured for the full purchase price. Once the artwork had been received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition. No refunds will be issued for shipping and insurance costs.  Original artwork is carefully hand-packed to ensure that it stays protected on its way to you. In the rare event that the artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos of the visible damage done to both the packaging and the artwork. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery and wait for further instructions.

When will I receive my order?

Print-on-Demand MerchandiseDelivery time includes production (creating the item) and shipping. Standard fulfillment generally takes 2–5 business days for production, followed by 2–5 business days for shipping. Original ArtworkPlease allow 1–3 business days for preparing and securely packaging the artwork, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping. If you are in the Philadelphia area, arrangements can be made for local pick up.

Will my items arrive in one package?

Print-on-Demand MerchandiseTo protect your purchases during transit, orders containing different types of merchandise will often ship separately, at no extra cost to you. You will receive a tracking number for each package as they are shipped. Original ArtworkOriginal artwork and paintings always ship separately from print-on-demand orders. If your purchase includes more than one original artwork or painting, these will be packed together in a single shipment whenever possible. You will receive a tracking number when your package is shipped.

How is print-on-demand merchandise produced and shipped?

To bring a wider variety of unique goods to my shop, I partner with Printify, a print-on-demand fulfillment service. Merchandise items are printed to order and shipped directly to you from the production facility. Because these items are made when you place your order, they may take a few extra days to process before shipping.

How is original artwork packaged for shipping?

Original artwork is meticulously hand-packed, wrapped in glassine paper, cushioned with layers of protective materials, insured, and shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes to ensure safe arrival. A certificate of authenticity is included with each original artwork. In the rare event that the artwork is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and take photos of the visible damage done to both the packaging and the artwork. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery and wait for further instructions.
